Search "pickleball gifts" and every guide is written by and for players, full of talk about core thickness, spin, and paddle weights that means nothing if you've never picked up a paddle.

Who writes it

Popaddle is written by Stephen V., an enthusiast who is genuinely into the puzzle of finding gifts people actually want. He's not a coach, a pro, or a product tester with a lab full of paddles — and you won't find a fake "we tested 200 paddles" claim anywhere on this site.
